Dr. Young is excellent. She is very knowledgable and always ready to answer questions. We first saw her 7 years ago for a second opinion, and she gave very good early recommendations about my daughter's eye condition, which recommendations have been validated by doctors at two highly respected hospitals on both the west and east coast (as we moved around the country).

The provider was late to work because of a car wreck and I understand that. But the problem was she rushed in quickly check my ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ's eyes and moved on. She didn't ask if we questions, assumed we were there for one thing and we weren't. She didn't care about us or my ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ.

Dr Young is highly concerned about resolving the issue that brought me in to her practice. She's thorough, almost dogged, which I appropriated very much. She seems to be committed to solving the problem. She's very easy to talk to.

She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She was so professional but also made me feel she understood me!!!!!

I found this doctor to be very able to diagnose my need and make an appropriate surgical plan. She was very able to identify my problem and the solution. We did make one mistake, however, in canceling the follow- up appointment the day after surgery for possible adjustments so I am having a second surgery. But this surgery is not a difficult recovery and I do need the problem fixed so I am having the second surgery with the follow up appointment the next day. Dr. Young seems well prepared to be able to resolve my issue.

Dr. Young is a wonderful doctor! Medically compete, highly recommended and respected by other medical professionals. She has a great way in working with and relating to patients. I would endorse her highly. 5-stars++

We love Dr. Young. She always listens and is so good at encouraging my daughter during appointments. She is kind and thoughtful. She has gone out of her way to make my daughter feel comfortable. She explains unknown equipment, lets her touch things, look at things and praises her when she is doing well answering questions and being cooperative. My daughter feels Dr. Young cares about her and helps her to see the best that she can even with her ongoing eye issues.

Dr Young is very knowledgeable and I am always impressed with how she is able to accurately determine vision needs for my non-verbal two year old. She does not spend more time than necessary in the office with you but maybe that is a good thing with our case not being overly serious.

I found Dr. Young to be extremely competent, human, and friendly. She explained the surgery to me to my satisfaction, and even laughed when I suggested she might be too young to be an MD! She is very personable while being very competent and when I asked about her training ( something I'm afraid I almost always ask doctors!) willingly told me where she had studied. I appreciate knowing that background very much. She made me trust her ability to solve my eye problem because of her explanations of the procedure. I am going into this surgery anticipating a good experience and a good result- she impressed me. ( not am easy task. )

Dr. Young is so personable and easy to talk to. She is so capable and competent at her work, I completely trust her when she is looking at my kids¿ eyes. She was able to diagnose a condition in my son's eyes that had flummoxed two other eye doctors.

Wasn't pleased with bedside manner and I'm not one to usually leave a low review but please have better communication with little kiddos.

She is an amazing provider. We have been seeing her for the past 5 years. She is excellent with going kids. She provided treatment options and we could choose what was best for our family. We patched which has allowed us to avoid glasses.

Dr Payne was knowledgeable and quickly assessed my two year old's problem, which was a concern since he is not very verbal. She did not spend a lot of time explaining things to me or answering questions but did send us home with a printout that answered a lot of my questions.

Dr. Young is an amazing woman. She has helped my ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ so much and gave her the confidence she needs to walk in this world. Dr. Young is swift and accurate. She cares about her patients. I have to travel 6 hours to get to her office, but I do it because we trust her so much.

The doctor did not introduce herself, never even made eye contact. Just came and started a rushed, silent eye exam on my daughter. It actually took me a minute to figure out that she was the doctor. She spoke enough to do the eye exam, seemed very rushed, only whispered her findings to her assistant. It was a very cold, and frankly, odd interaction.
