    Kate is highly skilled in the CI implant process and the devices-I have worked with many audiologists in the past but feel Kate really listens and is very positive

    Kate did a very through job of testing both ears (cochlear and conventional hearing aid ear). She was up front with me and explained clearly why I can't hear well with my left hearing aid. She tweaked my cochlear. Too soon to see if it made any difference.

    Kate's skills, knowledge, and patience have taught me how hear again. Kates patience as she taught me how to use my devices and adjusting the settings, caused my hearing ability to greatly exceed my expectations.
