I receive excellent care from Frances Johnson. It is a pleasure to see her for my annual check-ups and on those occassions when I have issues requiring attention. I never feel rushed, but things are always attended to in an efficient, timely and professional fashion. I never have to wait more than a minute or two past my appointment time to be seen. I feel like I am receiving excellent care.

Frances Johnson is hands-down the best PCP I've ever had! My teenagers agree. She is caring, genuine, & invested. She takes the time to understand us. I never feel judged, rather I'm encouraged to be authentic by her authentic desire to help. She always explains the why behind her recommendations. She won't end the appointment until she knows that I am comfortable & satisfied. Thank you for being so very positive, encouraging, welcoming, & genuine with me & my family. The care you provide makes a difference! I remember leaving appointments with other providers feeling frustrated and discouraged; this has never been a problem with you. I always leave feeling like I can tackle my health issues and that I have the support to do so! During this last visit I was struggling with some emotional issues & you gave me the space & time to vent & offered resources. You care about my mental well-being as well as my physical. Thank you! I'm an RN & I want to be Frances when I grow up!

This was our first appointment with Dr. Johnson and it was excellent. She took the time to really understand, was empathetic but also clear and firm, and shared her knowledge in a way that was understandable. We'd had a negative experience with a different doctor at a different clinic and this was the complete opposite in every way. THANK YOU.
