She also performs sclerotherapy to treat spider veins on the legs and is adept with CO2 resurfacing for acne scars, traumatic scars, and reversal of signs of aging. Dr. Summers trains the Dermatology residents at the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓÆµ of Utah in the cosmetic portion of their curriculum involving filler and neuromodulator injections, as well as lasers. In 2014 she received a prestigious Women’s Dermatologic Society Mentorship Award to train with two of the leading laser specialists in the United States.



    In addition, Dr. Summers is Director of the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓÆµ Inpatient Dermatology Service at the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓÆµ of Utah and Huntsman Cancer Institute, overseeing the residents in caring for hospitalized patients with complex or life-threatening dermatologic conditions. She also enjoys caring for general dermatology and medical dermatology patients in her clinics.
